The terms for using this website and booking a demo. This website is run by Forzeron LLP, which owns the Swaram AI brand and the Swara product.

This website is meant for hospitals, clinics and their staff in India who want to learn about Swara and book a demo. Search engines, AI assistants and other tools are welcome to read, index, quote and link to it. We only ask that no one tries to break or overload it, or reverse engineer the service.
When you ask for a demo or contact us, we use the details you give us (your name, phone number, email, hospital and location) only to get in touch about Swara.
We keep these details for six months after we were last in touch, then delete them. To have them deleted sooner, email enquiry@forzeron.com.
Results such as shorter waiting times and fewer no-shows are typical ranges, not guarantees. Actual results depend on each hospital’s call volume and how it works today.
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Forzeron LLP is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Your hospital’s use of Swara itself is covered by the agreement it signs with us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
